• Hi! To turn off Talking Caller ID on the handsets, press MENU # 162 > go to OFF > press SAVE. To turn it off on the base unit, press MENU #* 162 > go to OFF > press SAVE. -M

• Menu *162 should take you to CID , caller I D, options. Check manual for codes, every model different. Follow prompts. Hope this helps.
