A:AnswerYes, you should be able to do this as long as it is expandable to *seven* handsets (? I thought it was six but I could be mistaken). I cannot find new handsets sold individually for this system, but there ARE instructions in the manual for how to program an additional handset so clearly the expandability is still a functional aspect of this system. If it cannot accept a 7th handset, I’d just plug the 2nd base in with a splitter and allow one (or more) of the handsets to be connected to the second base. It’d still use the same phone line and all of the phones would ring for every call. The only difference would be that you’d only turn on ONE of the answering machines so whichever handset is connected to the second base wouldn’t have the capability of checking voicemail messages remotely (from that handset.) You’d have to go the first base or use one of the handsets programmed to the first base to check those messages. The caller ID function would still work on all of them as well.
A:AnswerHi! We are not exactly sure what you are referring to by ''internet phone''. If you mean your cell phone, yes, you can pair it to the base and use it as an extension. -A
A:AnswerThis set IS compatible with our 5G cell phones. I’m not sure what you mean by them being compatible with internet. I’m sorry I can’t answer that part.
A:AnswerThe display screen’s backlight color is white. It’s not a super bright, blinding white, but a toned down white sort of like the color of a newspaper that is easier on the eyes.
The backlight color of the buttons is amber. It surrounds each button and the light also shines through the lighter parts of the buttons such as the white numbers. It makes these very user friendly if needing to make a call or answer the phone in the dark after your eyes have gotten used to the dark.
A:AnswerHi! You might have to change the batteries of the handsets. If you’re open to discussing it further, please contact Support Team via Live Chat on the Panasonic Website, Contact Us option, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST in order to determine how we can provide you with a solution. -M
A:AnswerI also can't find it available anywhere. I was finally provided the model numbers for 3 other compatible handsets but they are also unavailable.
A:AnswerHi! It will be through the device you are trying to connect it to. The Bluetooth on the Panasonic base can only be enabled, so the cell or headset can find it and connect to it. -A
