A:AnswerIf you are looking to purchase an additional handset for your telephone system, please take note that some of the models are not sold separately. We are able to check the compatible handsets, however we would need the model number of your base as well. Please contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat on the Panasonic Website, Contact Us option, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST.
A:AnswerThe situation depends mainly on the model number of your old base. Considering the situation you are experiencing, the best course of action would be to contact our Customer Care team by accessing the live chat option under the Support tab on our website.
A:AnswerThank you for reaching out. The phone does not come with this feature, however as you are referring to voicemail, we would kindly recommend you to check with your phone company and see if this type of service is provided by them.
A:AnswerThank you for reaching out! The Answering system is designed to pick up calls from the landline. In order to receive messages on your cell phone, you would need to have a voicemail service active, and that can be accessed from the Panasonic phone. In regards to the Caller ID, that is specific to the cell phone and it is not passed to the Panasonic phone. If you would like to see the callers from your cell phone, you would have to have the numbers saved in your phonebook.
