“Hello, I recently ordered a Panasonic g9m2 with lens. After placing battery in camera and lens on for the first time I have noticed a couple issues. It looks like the equipment could have been dropped or damaged during the shipment. What can I do?”

To resolve this matter, we recommend that you contact the vendor directly for further assistance. Please note that when purchased as new, the product has a manufacturer warranty of one-year mail-in service repair, applied from the moment of purchase. You can also register with Lumix Pro Service for a 3-year warranty (2 additional years, besides the one, applied from the moment of purchase). -C
