Well since you're asking, I would want this camera because I understand that a great camera is not defined by its ability to Auto Focus. I'm not sure about other people but this camera in the past 2-3 months that I've had it has paid for itself five times over now so maybe Auto Focus is not a problem. Ohh and the Auto Focus has been working absolutely great on my GH6 because it has been upgraded so maybe on the camera you speak of there is a defect in either the camera, the work flow or the operator. Who knows?

you can get the exact results you want if you use manual focus. Once you get know how, its great!
