“I want this trim kit for NN-SN686SR microwave (15.8" deep). The manual says 3" space required on sides, 1" on top. Doesn't say min space behind microwave. Is 1" clearance enough in back (between micro and cabinet)? I have side/top space as required.”

Hi! Kindly be informed that this trim kit is not compatible with your model. The compatible one is NN-TK621SSAP. The cabinet opening requirements (W x H x D) are 25 1⁄2” x 15 5⁄16” x 21”.
