Please try again later.THERE IS A TECH SUPPORT BALLON TO SPEAK WITH ON EACH SITE OR TO "TALK TO", BUT I JUST GOT ONLINE WITH BESTBUY.COM AND LOOKED UP TELEPHONE RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES AND THEN WENT THROUGH THE BRANDS, PRICES, AND HOW LONG TO SHIP TO MY ADDRESS. HAVING GOTTEN THE NECESSARY INFORMATION AND USING MY BESTBUY CHARGE CARD, I ORDERED WHAT I NEEDED. BESTBUY HAS MY ADDRESS, ETC. AND THEY PROMPTLY SHIPPED THEM OUT. IN CHECKING MY INBOX, BESTBUY SENT A CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER, ITS NUMBER AND DELIVERY DATE.
