“Will these batteries work for a cordless phone, panasonic model KX-TGE230”

• I have a set of Panasonic KX-TGA402 and the batteries work as expected. Matching battery voltages for phone, with Higher M-amp ratings on batteries typically ensure longer run times in standby & active talk time. Pricing was reasonable and less than OEM products.
