• The HUE White LUCCA Outdoor Lantern should be dimmable. If you want color you would have to purchase a Hue color bulb.

• Hue is the brand of Philips smart light bulbs and switches, they offer color, white ambiance (allows different shades of white), and plain white smart bulbs. So whatever bulb you put in determines whether or not it is dimmable; there is nothing smart nor dimmable with lantern housing or outlet itself.

• Yes they are dimmable. They use the Hue white bulb so there is no color

• Yes this is dimmable but this is the White light so there is no color change. That is why its so cheap. They do make this same bulb as a color change bulb.
