No. But if you program them, they can be. Require hub for Phillips lights. Also, possibly the fixture you install it in could have a photocell attached or integrated. Then it becomes dusk to dawn. (its not built in to the bulb.) Hope this helps. just received question 3/11!

No, they're just regular hue Bulbs, however using the hue app you can set when they come on and turn off

Bulbs are controlled through hue app and hue bridge. Automation rules can be set up to be dusk to dawn among other options.
