• Not sure how to answer because I've had Philo for almost 2 years and I started with them through a Best Buy promo that offered it free for the first 30 days of the service (once I created an account with Philo the clock started). It's probably the same offer terms now. Although Philo isn't a traditional cable service it's served my needs very well and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

• Best Buy makes you start your 30 day trial immediately, even if you don’t receive the device you ordered from them for a few days. You cannot pick when you want to start the 30 days.
