Lol no, it has absolutely nothing to do with Arlo or any other camera devices. Philo is just a bonus side gift to use on your streaming devices, such as an Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, Samsung or other smart TV as well as mobile devices. It is an alternative to basic cable TV whereas you'd use the internet to make this work as opposed to actual cable wired hook-ups from big companies such as Verizon Fi0s, Cablevision, Spectrum or whatever services one has in their respective area. You dont need a specialty company to come out ans set this up for you. You simply download the Philo application to your device and follow the steps to login and begin watching TV. Little late but hope that answer helps anyone else who may be unfamiliar with this service.
