“Are the bulbs replaceable?”

• Hello Annie, We offer a lifetime warranty on the bulbs and a one-year warranty on the unit from the shipping date. If anything happens to your unit within the one year period, we will send you a prepaid label to get it back to our warehouse and either fix or replace it. Within 30 days of the ship date, you can return your unit for a refund. Outside that one year, we ask that you pay to ship it to our warehouse, and we will fix it or replace it and ship it back to you at no cost.
