These speakers are not pre-amp powered. You have to have a receiver or amplifier of at least 50Watts RMS. These are hard wired (monster cable) with quick clips for connections. Your TV would have to have a RCA Audio output to an amp which then outputs to the speakers.

Then connect the RCA jacks (or HDMI if available) from the audio out from TV to the audio in on the receive and boom you are good to go. (Make sure you have the correct audio button pushed on your receiver such as aux1, aux2 and so on or no audio will be heard).
