“can't get remote to work it says it should already be paired with the new voice remote with alexa. it said to press home if it didn;'t work. well pressing home didn't work and I don't have alexa. so far i cannot operate this TV. What's going on!!! HELP”

When I pair a remote I always turn the TV on by hand and leave it at home screen and put the battery into the remote then it automatically pairs
