“The Settings > Display and Sound > Power Controls > Power On > and select Last Input WAS in the menu, but that choice is no longer there. I twas there before Christmas 2022. Where is it it now?”

Push enter key to select it(center of circle key)To make sure you have the latest firmware version, go Home > Settings > Device Software > About > Check for system update.
