“I am interested in this tv, but Pioneer stop making tvs(plasmas) in 2009, and yet this was not manufactured by Pioneer, but distributed by Best Buy with Pioneer brand name. What is the real story about this tv. Please let me know. Thank you.”

Hi. I have the previous model of this TV purchased last June 2022 (PN50951-22U). I did research and it is actually made by TCL. So far after 7 months, I still love the TV and it's working great in the bedroom. This is a 2023 version of it. Hope this helps!
