- Answer As long as the cable end is USB type C and it fits, it should be fine. If the cable end is a micro USB or any other type, it will not fit.

- Answer I find them comfortable. Like you, I don't like anything pressing in my ear. Since these are supported by the piece that wraps around your ear they don't have to be jammed in. I don't wear mine if I'm running with a hat, however, because of the inward pressure the hat creates.

QuestionWill the plantronics backbeat 3150 pair with an android phone, 2 samsung tvs, and a sandisk mp3 player ? They are all bluetooth, and I was wondering if I could toggle from one to the other without having to pair every time. Does it have a pair memory?

- Answer Hi! No, the BackBeat 3150 does not count with Multipoint technology which enables you to pair and connect your headset to two different Bluetooth audio devices at once. In this case you would need to set the ear buds in pairing mode by holding the power button while the ear buds are off, until the LED flashes red and white repeatedly. Please note this model is compatible with any cell phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. As you know, many devices nowadays are equipped with native Bluetooth; However, not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. BT Technology works through different profiles, and these are the ones the ear buds require to at least allow a connection: HFP 1.7, HSP 1.2, A2DP 1.3, AVRCP 1.5. It may pair to other devices such as smart tv's; yet we are unable to guarantee optimal performance in terms of connectivity, range and audio quality. - Answer Hi Zee! The BackBeat FIT 3150 is compatible with any cell phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. As for the volume capacity, All Poly headsets meet and exceed OSHA standard regulations/requirements. None of our headsets exceed 118Dba. As you've seen the ear buds pair with other devices with native Bluetooth, unfortunately there's no other adjustments available to increase the volume even more.
