• I use it on my Dell latitude on skype and ring central. And my phone is tied to it at the same time. I'm on Win 10.

• I have used this with mac book pro for skype calls and it works perfect. My brother tried with windows 10 laptop and it worked too - but i have not used it personally.

• I haven't connected it with my PC unless I use the Plantronics Bluetooth dongle made for this headset (only works with a few Plantronics headsets), but with the desktop software you can download from Plantronics website, it gives options and extra control when using Cisco IP phones, Microsoft Skype and WebEx (maybe others too). I would assume if I had Bluetooth built in to my PC I would still be able to use those features.
