Best advice is to Google your device and look for official specs. It needs to be Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 compliant for you to get the full benefit. (I think there's a Quick Charge 4.0 by now as well, which is also fine.)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does charge rather quickly, but will not on some cars when ignition turned off like mine. I bought a portable charger rather inexpensively, and love it. I can recharge it on my PC in a slot, and can even charge two devices at the same time if I wish, but that does slow charging down. Charges my phone much quicker than car charger, but I have all three types, home, car, and portable to cover all my bases.
