It depends on the program to be copied. Many Windows based programs will not work in the OS environment. It will work if the program is compatible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, programs already installed cannot be copied between these two incompatible systems nor even between two similar systems (Windows to Windows, Mac to Mac, etc.). Programs must be installed from installation media on either of these systems. That being said, it would be possible to install an application on an Apple using this device provided that the Apple-compatible installation version is stored on the device, even if stored from a Windows-based system. Data can be shared with this device provided that the Apple OS is capable of reading it (usually this is the case - the data format used is compatible with a number of OSs).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You could copy the .exe file to install the file on your Mac, but even then most applications need to be rewritten to run in iOS (unless you're dual booting Windows on your Mac through BootCamp or similar software). If you no longer have the .exe install file for your software, there is no way to move the application itself to another computer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the software operating systems are on both computers, then it should work: I have used Mac to Microsoft often, but have full available Microsoft, Adobe, Primavera, etc. on both...

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the Mac OS can read a drive formatted by Windows. However, if it's a Windows program, it will not run on the Apple computer.
