Hello, Notebook and laptop memory are usually the same.. they would both use SODIMM type laptop/notebook memory. You would simply need to check with Asus to confirm that your laptop uses this type of SODIMM memory (1600MHz DDR3 Low Voltage 1.35v). PNY Brand Champion

But there are different speeds and types of Laptop/Notbook/tablet RAM. Like for these types of devices the use SoDIMMS and come generally in these 3 types; DDR2, DDR3 and DDR4. You will need to check with your model of laptop to see what type DDR SoDIMM you need of those. Also some laptops/notebooks can't be upgraded because the RAM is soldiered on to the system board inside or it's not easy to get to. it all depends on the manufacturer and the model.
