“Bought this product. Runs on Windows 10. The drives to not show up on Device manager or anywhere else. Do i need to format the PNY product before using it? Help!”

I didn't need to format any of them. One was simply defective: did not show up on Device Manager so couldn't format anyway.

Make sure that you extended the usb fully. You don’t need to format the flash drive first

Make sure that the drive is completely open - you have to press it hard until it 'clicks'. Otherwise it will look like it's all the way open but isn't and won't go far enough into the USB port to make the connection.

Drives should be fat32 formatted. If you need NTFS then you need to reformat.
