“The product is hard to open. I could only open 2 of the 3. Now I can't close them. I called the manufacturer and they told me to try harder! Any suggestions?”

The sliding covers are quite tight when new. They will loosen with time and use. I also thought that mine were defective. Found out that I had to be forceful for the first week. Leave the hammer in the tool box. That would constitute "excessive force".

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also have struggle opening them. I usually hold one side and push from the other, or put it on a soft part of my body like my thigh and just push down from the plastic piece.
