I recommend access www.crucial.com. , download and run a small program that diagnostic your hardware, you will see the tech spec for the memory for your laptop and will see if have available slot to install it. If you dont have available slot you can replace the current module for a new upgrade.

It could. However, as your system has a RAM speed of 3200mhz, rather than the 2666mhz that this particular stick is capable of, you would be better served finding RAM at 3200mhz.
