• Depends. if you don't load really high quality videos it should be good if not you can always return it.

• Yes this will get the job done but not very well unless you have the system memory for rendering

• This card will handle video editing. Your renders will be a bit slower than with a faster card. I presently run this card, but am upgrading to a GTX 750ti. I have a Dell Optiplex780 which has a 305 watt pwr supply. Supposedly the Dell pwr supply in this machine has a very conservitive rating, compared to most power supplies out there, so it can handle it no problem. I was actually running a GT740 which required a 400 watt pwr supply, with just an occasional lock up.
