Hi John sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately no. From what I know about the HP stream it's maximum ram capacity is 8gb. You will need 19200 non ecc 2400 mhz. I hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We used 2 8GB (16GB) in my son’s HP All In One 22-df0023w to replace the 8gb that was pre installed, along with a new 1TB SSD to place the 1TB HDD that crashed. I think it would depend on whether there is room for them.
