Please explain what the button is for. Also please tell me what the three lights showing blue mean. I thought my power pack was charged and plugged it into my phone but it didn't seem to be charging the phone. Thinking the power pack was dead I plugged it into my computer and I am seeing three blue lights. Does that mean the power pack is full or needs charging?

Ours blinks while charging. When ours has three full blue lights, it's fully charged.

If you push the button when it is not connected to anything the lights show how much power it has - 1 low, 3 full.

While charging the lights flash, 1, 2, 3. While it is charging the lights that stay constantly lit show how far along the charging is.

When I charge my phone I push the button after I connect it to my phone.

Three blue lights means it is fully charged. If your phone doesn't start charging when you plug it into the power pack, just push the button and it should start charging

The 3 lights show when it has a full charge. When you plug your phone into it, press the little button below the lights all 3 lights will come on. The lights will go off 1 at a time until they all go out and there is no charge left in it. Although sometimes you can press the button again and their might be more charge left in it.

It should mean that you have power. The button on the device is to turn on the charging. Plug your phone in and push the button and it should start charging. just be careful not to accidentally turn it off while you are charging. This might be why your battery did not charge your phone.

The three blue lights means it is fully charged. You must press the button to start charging your phone (or whatever you plug into it). When recharging it in your computer, the three lights will keep you updated on the progress of the charging.

When you plug it in to the phone you have to hit the button in order to turn it on. Otherwise it will not charge any device it is plugged in to.
