• 3 booster packs. In both of mine I had (2) Sword + Shield era packs and (1) Sun + Moon era pack. Both of mine also had a Dragonite coin

• Each ball is different and comes with different packs. Its hard to know what is in each one. There is a code on the bottom that sometimes can help determine the contents, but without being able to see the specific tin you are getting, you can't know.
