Sale started online today at 11am eastern tim zone but it seems like no one could load the page at drop time and suddenly once it loaded everything was gone but when I talked to Best Buy customer service they said this …see pics telling me that they aren’t on sale today haha

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They say they have a new queue system in place, we will see. Still no limits though, so bots will buy them all instantly. I mean they really have no incentive to care about customers losing out to scalpers. They're still getting paid. If they cared they would put limits like you mentioned, along with the exact same queue system Pokemon Center is using now. I was able to get both ETB's on preorder for Black and White because of it,.... haven't been able to get a single product from them until now.
