No. Sleeved boosters (booster packs) are only one pack. These packs include 10 cards, an energy, and one code card for the online game.

The rest of the cards are 1 energy with the remaining 9 have the chance of 3 being rares. Item listing showcases the variant pack covers but the purchase will not have 4 boosters in it, just one. So 1 energy card and 9 other cards along with the TCG Online QR-code card.
