Are these old cards or new ones null

These are now considered older card set. They are still popular. The newest them is called Stellar Crown and Supercharge Breaker

By now these are old since a lot of sets has been released since obsidian flames

If you mean used or new, they are new. In terms of old sets vs new sets, this would be considered part of the new set series scarlet & violet.

Newer then new fresh as a newborn baby.
