Can this be pre-ordered null

Unfortunately (as a Sylveon girl :c) these can't be pre-ordered. I'm a teen girl who just got back into Pokemon in February and I haven't found a single store that sells these online at MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price). Based on what I've seen, GameStops often tell you when they will restock. Not many other places do. Check them at their opening time on a release date. But I doubt anyone can beat the scalpers anymore. We're just dragon types against Sylveon (THE BEST POKEMON EVER.)

By the looks of it, no. Your best bet is to accept that the scalpers will buy them all and pokemon, nor its distributors will care. You are more likely to find a pot of gold or unicorn.
