1,000% this!!! We all need to bomb the reviews until they actually do something about bots and employees back dooring product. Bad reviews is the only way to even remotely have a chance at them caring enough to do something to fix this blatant problem they're ignoring. Not just best buy either, we need to do this for all of the big retailers like GameStop, Target, Walmart, etc... Great advice man!!
