It's probably nothing to worry about and here's why. Inside most flashlights and other electronic devices there are electrical connections for switches that are soldered in place. Circuit boards also have solder points and the solder usually contains lead. Since it's inside the flashlight and you won't make physical contact with it, you shouldn't ingest it in any way. The warning is there and legitimate because there may be elements that are detrimental to health but the chance of us coming into contact is highly unlikely and shouldn't happen with normal use.
