Hello, the Polk Audio SR2 wireless surround speakers will only pair as surround speakers and are compatible with the Polk Audio React, Polk Magnifi Mini AX, and the Polk Magnifi Max AX soundbars. Polk Audio Passive speakers are available and can be connected to the Yamaha receiver using standard speaker wire. I recommend the Polk Audio ES15 Bookshelf speakers.
