As far as I know, they only come in one size. They actually pop out in “2 levels” if that makes sense.

Most pop sockets including this have two settings depending on how hard you pull. The tallest works fine for my fingers though they aren't the biggest. If that doesn't work for him look around for loops which are basically fabric or rubber loops that you can put a finger or two through.
