As far as I know, they only come in one size. They actually pop out in “2 levels” if that makes sense.

Unfortunately, they are as big as they'll get. They now have 3 smaller ones that come together, that have better support with your whole hand for $14.99.

Pop socket finger grip won’t work on people who have big hands mostly small medium hands

Most pop sockets including this have two settings depending on how hard you pull. The tallest works fine for my fingers though they aren't the biggest. If that doesn't work for him look around for loops which are basically fabric or rubber loops that you can put a finger or two through.
