Some components of this product contain Polycarbonate (PC) and Bisphenol-A (BPA) which is a precursor chemical used to make PC. BPA is a plastic ingredient that has been used to make some types of beverage containers, plastic dinnerware, impact-resistant safety equipment and toys. BPA epoxy resins are used in the protective linings of food cans, in dental sealants, and in other products. For nearly 60 years, the FDA has approved its use in certain food contact materials. The use of BPA in this product has not been restricted by the US government or any state government. This product is safe!
