“I just purchased this bike about a month ago. I went out of town for the weekend and came back to my display only scrolling "Hello". I cannot adjust resistance. I've unhooked all wires, changed the batteries and nothing is working. Any tips here?”

When my resistance stops responding to inputs it's usually low battery. Replacing the batteries behind the display has fixed it.
