LMaRing Hi there! Your treadmill must first be connected to a wireless network. You can follow the prompts on your startup screen to connect. Once you’ve customized your settings, you log in to your iFIT account using your email address. The first time you turn on the treadmill, dialogue boxes will guide you through the console’s features. Touch Hello on the screen and Settings to select the maintenance section to check for updates. Touch Update. Reference your user manual for more instructions.
