Yes, there is a clip you can attached to your waistband that connects to the magnetic key via a cord. It would serve as an emergency shutoff should you fall back or off by pulling out the magnetic key.

The clip is attached to the key and can be slid securely onto the waistband of your clothes. In an emergency, the key can be pulled from the console, causing the walking belt to slow to a stop.
