Melin8da Great questions! The dimensions of this treadmill when it is fully assembled are: 57.5” H x 35.2” W x 73.5” D. Although it isn’t required, we recommend placing a mat under the treadmill to protect the flooring underneath. As far as a mat, I put one underneath my machine, as recommended. The mat was like $50 I believe. The noise level is moderate when in use, and increases when you turn on the fan or use the app to play the iFit videos.
