It takes about 2 hours for 2 people to put this together . Easy instructions . It has a very heavy base so when delivered make sure they leave it where you want it set up. Treadmill comes preloaded with 20 workouts so we didn’t do the xtra membership. We love it. It’s a great buy

This treadmill comes with a free 30-day membership trial. Membership is not required to use the treadmill's manual settings.
