• Probably not. The pad is ok for preacher curls but might not hold up too good against a persons full weight.

• Jeff The back part of this bench adjusts to different angles, but the seat does not. Because of this, a user cannot comfortably lay flat face down on the incline. We do not recommend trying back extension exercises using this bench. Exercise guidelines can be found in the user manual on page 19. For further questions, email us at [email protected].
