Yes to both questions. One controller can control up to 6 drones at the same time. Also you can have several (we had 5) flying around the same room at a time, each controlled by a different controller. It is also very easy to switch which controller is controlling which drone.

Yes you can use in the house. But you cannot control two drones at once with the same controller. There is no channel selection so you need a separate controller for each one you cannot fly them together cuz controllers will fight to control the Drone because there's no way to separate frequencies. So basically you cannot fly two at once.

Yes. My little brother and I bought the same drone and were using them at the same time. You just have to sync them to the remote you want which is very very easy.
