You turn the top part upside down, unscrew the cap, to fill water. There are handles to help hold/balance the tank if there is still some water in it. You’ll find that holding the spray nozzle in while turning it upside down helps to not spill and then once it’s sitting on a surface upside down, this nozzle is held in so it doesn’t spill. I was skeptical of turning a large tank upside down and whatnot but you figure it out the first time/it’s not too clumsy or anything, Great machine!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This unit has a bottom fill tank, meaning you will need to flip the tank over and unscrew a water tank lid to fill the water tank. As long as the lid is on securely, the water should not leak out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This product is actually very easy to use. The cap fits securely and needs to be screwed on tightly. I was fearful at first of leakage but it is really made well. I use distilled water in my product and fill it near the kitchen sink in case of a few drips of water. I place the unit on a piece of glass on my coffee table as it suggested. Do not place on wood or a towel.
