• Yes, this (pyle amp) will dramatically boost your headphones volume, one of the first features I noticed and was very surprised at. I have noise canceling headphones without volume control, Pyle amp took care of that (you may need 1/4" plug adapter) PC headphones are usually (1/8"to 3.5mm plug.

• I had not tested them with headphones yet (Not need to do it) However, I can guarantee you that I plugged them with 4 Polk Audio T15 100 Watt Home Theater Bookshelf Speakers | Dolby and DTS Surround | and I am IMPRESSED with the result I got from such a compact amplifier.
