• I'm clear when you purchase your case but if you recently just purchased it under 30 days you have a one year manufacturer warranty on it and if you just purchase it you can take it back to the store and get a new one if it's under 30

• Regular 30 day warranty is good enough as the damage may have been a little but my fault rather than product defect.
