The cord is a decent length, probably 5-6 ft. (I can't get an exact measurement without moving my desk). The lighting and pass through work fine without Synapse. The lights will just do a slow cycle though a bunch of colors.

I know it's a little late, but this is an issue with your USB drivers or your motherboard/chip set, not the headset itself.

pretty long but the headset is not worth it. it will cut in and out midgame freezing the game you are playing.
